Good massage. They do health fund rebates but speak very little English so hard explain what you want.

Ahhh… I wish I would’ve read the Reviews before getting my massage. It was not a massage it was a paid punishment. Instead of letting me relax, the lady was constantly asking me is it okay? Is it okay? Well it was never okay. She was pressing her hand bones against my bones and it was causing so much pain that I almost had tears in my eyes. I kept on repeating to massage Using Her Palm But she never listened and constantly kept teasing my body by her hand bones then I requested to get massage by someone else but they never fulfilled my request. It was an absolute waste of time and money. They put some shitty oil on my body and even after five washes I can feel oil on my body. The Lady is spent most of the time putting oil and cleaning oil with the towel instead of giving proper hand movements of massage I will never go there and do not recommend anyone else to go there total waste of time and money. People have commented about the Asian lady who cannot speak English Almost 6 months or a year ago But still, the Lady is here bruising And teasing people… Amazing

First time appointment for a massage here. Not a good experience. Appreciated getting a booking the same day but I won’t be back. Leaving a review in hope you will improve. When I arrived I was taken straight into the curtained room by Asian woman on reception, didn’t ask me what massage I wanted or time duration, didn’t ask me pressure etc. I got undressed for the massage and the therapist came in without asking if I were ready, which I was not. The massage was very rough and hurt so much, I told the therapist twice ‘sorry too hard’ as I couldn’t bare it anymore. It did not help with my tension at all or feel relaxing in any way. Also another therapist phone went off next door and she continued taking booking I overheard whilst in a treatment with someone. Not a peaceful environment if you like a quiet massage. I noticed on check out this old Asian therapist I had couldn’t speak any English at all and used translator so my health rebate worked. My back is sore and bruised the next day and I hope there is no damage as more care is required, especially on the spine areas. Just felt very unprofessional and being a beauty therapist with experience in this industry, not good enough.

I used to go to this place regularly when it was Healthy Element massage, I went once when it changed name and the staff member that I used to have left, it wasn't a good massage but 2 years later I decided to give them another go, that was today, and it was worse. I'm a massage therapist, I've had hundreds of massages, this lady had no idea what she was doing. No real massage just lots of sweeping movements without actually doing anything. I went to write a review and saw my review from 4 years ago was still there, I removed it because this place is no longer any good. Save your money go elsewhere.

A friend and I went today and both had a neck back shoulders massage . Being my first time , It was very relaxing , the lovely lady asked if I wanted medium or firm pressure. I found the staff polite and welcoming , we both enjoyed the hot stones and hot towels at the end of massage, it was a little extra treat. Comfortable atmosphere , fair pricing ,quiet , clean, and friendly.
